PSA is a non-profit educational organization for the development of the arts and sciences of photography, and for the furtherance of the public appreciation of photographic skills. Individuals, camera clubs and other photographic organizations may hold membership in PSA. The PSA has nine different divisions, each providing opportunities for its members to increase their knowledge and skills in a particular photographic area, through specialized study groups, competitions, publications, and related services and activities.
